Organic depicts derived from living matter. Organic cosmetics  are created from ingredients which have been certified Organic by one of the numerous certifying institutions that operate worldwide. An organic ingridient  is an ingredient which has been harvested without the use of synthetic chemical compounds.

Before we go further let us take a quick look at the difference between organic and natural. Most times we often  use interchangeably but there is a little diffrence .Organic product  have between  95-100% chemical-free ingredients, while a natural product usually is 50-70% chemical free, obviously there is a clear difference. When we say a product is purely organic this implies it comprises of at least 95% organic raw material and 5% of other component a nut shell it is possible to have a product that contains  about  97-98  organic but most cases it is impossible to get a cosmetic product that is 100% organic

We need to note the above because it will be useful as we go in our tutorials also most cosmetics are labeled organic but are far from it
